ROBERT PRYOR is our Interim Minister. Bob began serving as Interim Minister on October 16, 2006. While the Pastor Nominating Committee of our church searches for God's person(s) to provide new leadership for our congregation, we thank God for the amazing and God-blessed ministry of Becky and John Hart who served here for thirteen years as co-pastors.
Bob is a retired Presbyterian minister who has served as a pastor for 21 years in Iran under the auspices of the Presbyterian denomination, then two years as the Interim Minister of the Presbyterian Church in Westfield, NJ and for 19 years he was Pastor of the First Presbyterian Church in Santa Barbara, California. He and his wife, Mary Lou, have five children and sixteen grandchildren.
SHARON BJORNDAL our Minister of Music, graduated from Oberlin Conservatory in 1999 with a Bachelor’s in Music in piano and voice performance. In 2000, she was awarded a Masters of Music from the Manhattan School of Music, concentrating in piano accompanying and chamber music. Sharon won the Lillian Fuchs Chamber Music Competition in 2000, and was awarded the Oberlin Faculty Prize in Accompanying in 1999. In addition to her ministry at PCUM (which began in 2002), Sharon works as Assistant Chorus Master of the New York City Opera. sharon@pcum.org or bjorndal@bard.edu.
MELODY WILLIAMS, is our Interim Director of Christian Education.She is a graduate of the Juilliard School. In addition to teaching in PCUM’s Sunday school, Melody has worked with youth as a Girl Scout leader and as a Cub Scout leader. She has also served on the church’s Board of Deacons and Session. melody@pcum.org

DENISE SILECCHIA GREEN is our Church Secretary. She started work as soprano soloist in the spring of 1985 while completing her opera performance degree at Montclair State College. In 1992, she took over officially as the church’s Office Administrator, and 2001 she became the director of PCUM’s Joyful Noise Choir. Denise was married at PCUM on June 25, 1995 to Michael Green. She officially joined the church in June of 1998 and their son, Jordan, was baptized the fall of the same year. denise@pcum.org
